i bought this to put on a nerf blaster, a worker prophecy, the dot is nice and bright, but a little too bright for low light situations.

I use this sight outdoors and the dot is actually too bright and flares around the edges a little. This may cease too be a problem as we get into summer and the sunlight becomes much stronger.

Takes quite a while to find dot on the projection. When I finally see the dot, it’s blurry, and is gone at the slightest movement. I’m returning it for refund. Not worth the time, anticipation, nor the money.

NcStar tried to tell me I had an eye problem. I had 3 of these and they wouldn't take the last one back. Had a different problem every time too. Tried to speak with customer service and they wouldn't take this sight back. I still have it. The dot was ok when low on the viewing glass then as I adjusted for being on target, it was like there was something on the glass that made the dot look like a starburst. Save your money and spend a bit more to get a good red dot. I went a bit overboard and got a Vortex and never had a problem with it.

The dot is not a dot, it's a horseshoe made up of 4 faded dots. Poor construction, poor image quality. Spend more and get something of decent quality.
