Not as described. It’s a University of Pennsylvania not a Pennsylvania State University letter opener. Also, it did not arrive on time.

The back of the letter opener had a partially removed tag with sticky residue that needed to be scraped/washed off -- and the gift box it came in was dinged/banged. Probably not the impression you want to make if you're giving this a gift. Make sure you inspect the letter opener closely before you present it to someone -- and assume that you won't be able to use the gift box.
