These are wonderful. I had one for several years but the lid finally broke. I was overjoyed when I was able to find another one.I highly recommend this to keep track of your sewing needles!

My last one (same company) lasted around 15 years … with careful handling. The case finally broke so I was happy to find the same exact magnetic needle case here on Amazon. HOWEVER: I was hoping (expecting) a BLUE case. What I got is BROWN.If you want a blue one perhaps you need to contact the seller to request blue.

This one is significantly smaller than others I've seen. I thought it would be just like the one I was replacing, and so I foolishly did not look carefully at the size. I can "barely" store my miniature scissors. It does hold a few needles, a needle threader, and the scissors, but my previous "Needle Safe" (same font) is about half again as high and half again as wide. It'll work for travel, but it's not what I expected.

I was given one years ago and when it was damaged I searched for a new one. This one is a duplicate and slips into my appliqué and red work projects safely. Such a nice little handy holder for threading 10 needles at a time.

The case was warped and one of the nobs was cracked so it will not stay closed. It would be nice to get a replacement.

I’ve had the light blue one for several years and it has served me well, but as you can see in my photos, the hinges have finally given out … so I ordered a new one, but as you can also see from my photos, the Needle Safe has definitely gotten a lot smaller. This is really a disappointment because it won’t hold nearly as much as the original. When they decided to shrink it, they should’ve renamed it the Mini Needle Safe. I’m currently looking online now for a more suitable magnetic doodad for my needles, etc.
