Purchased two of these, one for each child. They loved them!! They were crafted and packed with a high level of pride and care that I wasn’t expecting. The light is nice and bright. I opted for the wired remote with dimming. I wish I’d selected the wireless option, I hadn’t considered that the plug would make turning them on and off a little awkward. The kids don’t seem to mind though.

I got this as a gift for someone and I was just so happy with this product. It was delivered early and was perfect! My family sent me a picture of it and it was exactly as I ordered and they love it! It is so cool. I’m sure I’ll want one for myself and maybe others in the future so I’ll be going through these same people because wow. So great.

I always try to find unique Christmas gifts for my family. A neon sign wasn't even on my radar for our grandkids until I saw a pop-up ad for it. Ordering was insanely easy! What was difficult was deciding on the font... lots of choices to choose from. Once I realized I could tell them in the "notes" section that I wanted the heart and moon a different color than the name (you need to tell them what color to use for the symbol), I knew I would be ordering immediately. I was shocked at how fast it arrived.... it took maybe 4-5 days, I think. It arrived beautifully packed and you know I had to go plug them in immediately!! These signs were flawless!! They were the perfect size and exactly what I envisioned! I wanted to choose signs that were still in color when turned off, I didn't want the signs being white when off and the selected color only when on, so be careful when making your color choice. So, if you take a screenshot prior to submitting it for purchase, it will help you remember in the event questions arise later. Case in point, I thought I had ordered Emery in the blue color. I ended up having a conversation with the seller and it turned out that I had ordered the name in ice blue, not blue. They were able to see my options but I could not go back and confirm/review my color choices, font, etc. I realized later that the error was mine and that I did actually order ice blue. The seller was very prompt and courteous in the emails with me where I pretty much thought that they made an error. When I realize the error was mine, I immediately submitted an apology. As it turns out, we actually love the sign in ice blue and feel now that the darker blue color would not have been the best choice for the sign recipient.This is a great company, I received wonderful customer service from them and will probably order from them again!

I ordered this to use as a night light for my daughter/ decoration. I love it! This has to be the best purchase I've ever made. The size, color and sign is perfect! If you are thinking about getting a sign made DO IT! This company makes magic!

Got is for my niece and my brother (dad) did the installation. He did mention a couple of niggles but said overall straight forward enough (I can't remember what the niggles were just that they were not anything major).Got is with the dimmer switch and niece uses it as her night light.Very happy with it.

Really pleased with this product and the seller. Their customer service is fantastic with great communication. We originally asked for a font that wasn't listed and they drew up an exact design for us with measurements but as the font height didn't suit our space we requested to change to our other preference in their listed fonts and they were happy to draw up a new design that we were pleased with. The production and delivery was very quick, much quicker than expected, with the total turnaround from order to delivery being 10 days. The item was well packaged and arrived in good condition. Very happy customer.
