I bought #16 and use them for shabbat. They are narrow but I like them. I tried all different sizes of wicks. Too small and the fire burns the sides of the cup. Too big and they sink to the bottom for some reason. The 22 mm octagon ones (not the ones that are pre-made as those are 19 mm) are the only ones that stayed lit till the bottom (I fill the whole cup with oil) and didn't burn the cup. Since I spent an extensive amount of time and money figuring this out, I thought I might save someone else the trouble lol

I bought the same set last year and they work great - just what I wanted. They allow me to use the Neronim candles in a menorah meant for oil. I bought this set to have spares expecting some of the originals to break because the Neronim just fit. But, none of the originals broke so I still have 9 spares for future years. Very fast delivery as usual. Very pleased overall.

The oil cups arrived today. They will fit my hannakiah perfectly, however one on the end of the box was cracked. Will it hold oil or will the oil leak out?

I got an oil chanukiyah (menorah) in Israel and then broke two of the cups, so I got this as a replacement. It has many problems. First, the stem size. The existing cups have a 13 mm stem. I couldn't find one that would match exactly. I got the #11 size, which is supposed to have a 10 mm stem, and I figured I would make it work. It's actually 9 mm, which may not be such a big deal, but it's not as specified. Second, the stems are tapered at the top. You might not think this is a problem, but it is. Each hole has little fingers that are supposed to grasp the cup (so that it doesn't fall on the floor and break, which is what happened to the first set). Because the cups are tapered, they tend to pop up and sit at a weird angle. I don't want a chanukiyah that looks drunk.
