Switching from Keurig to Nespresso is like night and day. The quality is unparalleled. There are various sizes of coffee and espresso, each capsule states what it is and if you are unsure just pull up the Nespresso site and there’s a breakdown of everything! You also get 10% off for auto replenish orders with the Nespresso app. Certain machines offer different qualities, this machine does not brew XL, carafe or cold brew capsules (you can still make iced coffee). The vertuo line does NOT take the original pods, it takes the dome shaped capsules. This machine is so easy to use once you’ve done the initial cleaning cycle (use hot water not cold). The aeroccino is a great addition for cold or hot foam. My bf and I wanted to stop buying Starbucks and this has really sealed the deal! No leakage so far and the water tank is easy to fill and replace. Functionally this is great, it does everything we need and simply, I love that the old capsules get ejected to a tank on the right side of the machine when you open it up after making a drink and when it’s full you can empty the tank into your recycling. I highly suggest buying the syrups for added flavor in your drink and foam, a metal pitcher for over ice drinks and the double wall glasses to give the overall sophisticated feel! I love this thing, I shouldn’t have waited so long. If you are having issues with your machine call Nespresso or live chat with them in the website, you also get a 10$ gift card, if it’s expired reach out to customer service and they will honor it.

I bought this to replace my Keurig. I decided to purchase one after using a similar model in a hotel room recently. I am impressed with how easy it is to use and the dual function of being both a coffee machine and an espresso machine. Things very quiet when brewing , and the water flow is just right . My Keurig would spit water to the sides as it was brewing . The coffee I have used so far is smooth which is an important quality I look for in coffee. Highly recommend.

My Nespresso machine arrived today, just in time for my birthday on March 5th! What a fantastic gift for myself!I had to cut my coffee intake by half recently, so I resorted to instant decaf coffee, which was a real disappointment.I thought that if I got another coffee maker, it should be an espresso machine, primarily for the delicious crema it produces. Plus, I wanted to enjoy high-quality coffee instead of the awful instant stuff.So, I started browsing Amazon for an espresso machine.I eventually settled on a Nespresso machine. It's not only a stunning piece of equipment, but it also comes with a fantastic coffee frother and a complimentary selection of caffeine coffee samples. Honestly, how could I go wrong with a Nestlé product?I just unpacked it and set it up on my kitchen counter, and it looks absolutely fabulous!I’ve attached two pictures for you to see.I also ordered some decaffeinated coffee pods from Nespresso, which arrived last week, so I'm all set for a delicious cup of decaf with a frothy liquid crema after I read through the instructions that came with both the machines.I'll keep you posted on how the coffee tastes, but I’m pretty confident it’ll be a significant upgrade from that instant stuff! I had a keurig before this and the quality on the nespresso is far superior. The machine heats up quickly and produces a nice smooth and hot cup of coffee. I’ve only had an issue with the machine once which was resolved by Nespresso staff in a short fashion. Great product especially when it’s on sale. If you can wait, Black Friday and Boxing Day is a great time to purchase

Still works great after 2 years.We used our in a live in motorhome. Can even leave it on the table while traveling (-:.It is little bulky for our use compared to other nespresso machines.No troubles or leaks, so overall a good buy.Enjoy

This is my first espresso machine. I love making lattes! It’s easy to use. The pod holder on the side holds 20+ pods. The water tank is very large and I’ve only had to fill back up once in the two weeks I’ve owned it.
