I bought an Eero mesh router, which I love, but it only has two Ethernet ports. One is used up by Ethernet from the cable modem, leaving one. My printers are perfectly reliable and in good shape, but are old enough to not be WiFi capable. If I use the one Ethernet port available on the router, for a printer, the computer has to use WiFi. I replaced an old Acer router with the Eero. The Acer had five Ethernet ports. I was completely unaware of Ethernet switches. I discovered the,m on Google looking for a solution. I plugged a cable from the router into the switch, and then a cable from my old Brother laser printer/sheet fed scanner, and one from my old Canon Ink jet printer. Everything just worked with NO confusing setup or configuration required! Well worth the price to print to either printer from my iPad Pro downstairs. Printer are upstairs in my office. Perfect and easy!

easy plug and play....use ethernet cable out of the internet modem, straight into the switch. i used the #1 but its not dedicated. then plug the computer ethernet cable in, tablo, printer power the switch up and its all set. Let the inernet and tablo power up a few minutes and its all good to go. i used the switch ethernet plug to wire in my tv dirct. works great. less buffering

I needed a network switch to split the network connection in my son's room so that he could hardwire his TV and PS5 to our LAN network at the same time. This switch is inexpensive but still offers good performance and it also seems to be well made. I tested performance using a speed test online and the speeds delivered matched the speeds that were advertised. I am happy with the purchase.

Replaced an old one of the same thing but with less ports as it's all I need. Works exceptionally well.Plug-n-play. Doesn't matter which port you use for what.

I've been using this unmanaged switch as a way to extend my cables to different hardware for my Plex server. It's been a great little device to connect my server Plex PC, NAS, and other hardware. I highly recommend this product.

Awesome product - plug it in and it just works. It's also dead silent unlike a competitor which for me has an annoying electric whine.
