I received an unlocked product as described in the listing. I think it's a good product. Compatibility with Korean carriers is questionable, but the product's condition seems excellent. I recommend it.

Seller falsely represented that the hotspot was unlocked. When I tried to use the device, it asked for an unlock code. I'm currently working with AT&T to try and unlock it.

Did not work with my att plan. They would have to change to be a data plan if you go over they charge alot of money. The hot spot is most likey good just dont work with old unlimited hotspot plan and amazon not letting me return it.
