I got my first one two days before the Covid lockdown, never look back, fantastic device,At that time, I was granted in at $25 a month unlimited Internet, so I keep the same device, I just buy a new one, use the same account so my fee doesn’t go up. But one thing you must know, make sure when you’re charging it. It’s in the right charger, too much of a powerful charger and it will heat the battery up and destroy a lot quicker, I found out the yard way twice. Now I use the right charger. It never heats up always works.

I’m incredibly disappointed with this purchase. I specifically purchased this drive because it said that it was unlocked, but when I inserted my SIM card from my carrier, I discovered that it wasn’t unlocked. I visited local cellphone repair shops and unlocking companies, but none of them were able to unlock the device using the IMEI. They informed me that the IMEI was likely faulty and that I would need to take it to AT&T for an unlock. This purchase has left me deeply disappointed, especially since I’m in the Caribbean and returning the item would incur significant additional costs. Now, it’s simply taking up space in my drawer.

We bought this to run Blink Cameras at a Lake cottage. It runs 6 cameras very well and allows us to stream movies when we are there. Only drawback is I wasn't aware that you could not leave it plugged in all the time or it overcharges and shuts down. Solved this problem with a timer. Wish I could plug in antennas, but as my dad used to say "wish in one hand and..."

Otherwise, I'm pleased with the Netgear product, and the cost was affordable.

I am using the explorer 2 Air Card to run my 2 credit card machines in the NYC Subway System. I got rid of my 2 telephone lines which were used for processing creir card sales no internet service available down in the hole. I am using AT&T cellular WiFi and get incredible reception without interruptions. Processing salesare a breeze, no waiting for dialing. I am saving about $150. a month by cutting the cord from Verizon Business Phone lines with service issues every 2 to 3 months. Sometimes I had no phone service for 2 or 3nweeks before they could sent a service tech to my store. I earn about 300% a month by not having to pay Verizon for their horrible telephone service.

I received the netgear on the delivery date 1/18/2022. I was able to get the product up and running with the assistance of the online suuport. There are a few issue as I charge it up. It will not turn on when I press the button. It also will not stop the charging when unplug so that I can see if it is fully charged. It feels like it is getting a little too hot.

If you contact Netgear for support they will tell you "this is not a Netgear product". If you go to AT&T, you must sign in with a FAN PIN. I have no clue what a FAN PIN is or if I even have one.This came without any instructions, what-so-ever.

Works much better than I thought it would. Has one period every day for 30 minutes to an hour that the signal is in and out while streaming. We live in the middle of nowhere. Tons of trees and 90% of the time only 1 bar on cell phones. It’s a ton faster than Hughes with 4 to 5 devices connected. But does go through the data. We switched to the unlimited preimium plan. But is still much cheaper than the internet bill. The reason I gave it 5 stars is cause it’s much better than what I had.
