Yes as others say it’s a little hard to get the old ones off, but not that hard. The wheel assembles are held in with 3 captive screws. Simply loosen them up and remove the wheels. Cut the old tire with an exacto across and peel up a little and start pulling back. Every so often the tire rubber goes into a hole in the wheel. Just cut these off at the nub as you get to them and keep pulling. It’s a little bit of work, but no big deal. Once you get the old ones off the new ones are easy to slide on. You can do it.

I saw many reviews that said it was hard to get the wheels off. I'm pretty handy, not too worried. Well taking the Roomba apart and the wheel units out is easy. But getting the old rubber wheels off the hard plastic wheel is a total pain. I used a razor knife, needle nose pliers, and sandpaper cut into thin strips. The rubber is glued on with some amazing glue and I could only get the tire off one tiny piece at a time with the pliers. I then scraped with the razor knife and finally used the sandpaper strips to get it more completely removed. Took me an hour or so to do the two. That being said, it saves you $40-$50 over buying the complete wheel units and was worth my time. Once the wheel is clean, the new rubber tires fit on easily and snuggly. The front wheel takes about 20 seconds to remove and replace. So, I give the product 5 stars because it is what it is supposed to be, but be prepared for a bit of work. (This was my experience with an i8-perhaps it's different on others.)

All parts fits perfectly. Parts are pretty easy to replace after you get the old rubber off of the wheel

Like so many urges have said it's a pain to get the old ones off. But putting the new tires on is easy and the robot works fine again. I would just making a tapered end on the steel rod though.

I’ve got a Roomba I7 vacuum and these fit perfect. I thought the vacuum was getting old. It couldn’t climb back up to the base and would often just spin in circles. After flipping it over I noticed the tread was gone on one wheel and mostly gone on the other. Tread replacements did the trick! You need to take off the bottom cover (a couple of screws and the brush) remove the old tread and unscrew the wheel assembly, but it’s easy (just a couple of screws). Works like a charm.

Purchased for my roomba 691. We have gradually been replacing parts as they wear out on this vacuum rather than purchase a new one at the insane prices they are at. When the rubber on one of the wheels wore out I saw this kit and decided to give it a try with the other option being purchasing a new wheel assembly for a much higher price. It has only been on the roomba for a few hours of use but it seems to be a significant improvement so far. (you do need to remove the wheels to install. Just a handful of phillips screws, nothing crazy)

This combination was inexpensive but unfortunately the tires really don't work. On the smallest amount of uneven surface, the robot becomes stuck because the wheels no longer have proper traction.
