I didn't realize this company was located in New York, and therefore understandably hard-hit by covid at peak-crisis. When they were finally able to respond to my emails, I spoke to a very sweet girl over the phone and she immediately set about getting my issues resolved.I do really like the bottles and their unique shape is my favorite. So far they are working well!============================Old review, prior to replacement============================Thought the bottles were really neat, seemed high quality. I like the kit that came with it. But mine have significant flaws in the glass. For the price, and how they talk about their satisfaction guarantee, I really expected better. I'd be happy if they'd at least talk to me so we could come up with a solution.The bottles come with a card telling you about their satisfaction guarantee, and to contact them before posting your Amazon review. Which I did. Twice. It's been 2 weeks yet with not so much as a confirmation email. So here comes the negative Amazon review.The bottles are fairly nice; if it didn't tell me there was a guarantee, and then ignore me trying to find a resolution, these flaws wouldn't have taken the review down this far. (it would still have gotten big knocks for the flaws though). I'm using the bottles that aren't flawed at the moment, (shockingly, I purchased something that I needed) which is why I haven't just returned them.If the company contacts me to correct this, I will update my review.

Very Impressive: quality, size, packaging, extras, price! These 'Mockins" 17 oz bottle with swing top are fantastic.Using for homemade fruit liquors I give as gifts. Most impressed that bottles came individually wrapped in foam sheet and placed in thick, divided, cardboard box. Ordered other glass bottles from Amazon, only to have them come broken, too small, too large, or poor quality. These are just perfect for my needs and would not hesitate to order again.ps- was typing long, long review when computer screen died & deleted, so this is condensed version. grrrr :(pss - only 'con' is the box is not labeled with where they are actually manufactured, but still love them.

So, I am fairly new to brewing kombucha, and have been using recycled bottles for my 2nd fermentation. I finally purchased 6 of these and I am thrilled with the offer which includes a funnel, pen and bottle brush. One came broken in the pkg but I called the enclosed # and with no problems they are sending a replacement! Super customer service!! I will definitely be purchasing more sets as my brewing grows! I like the shape as they are easy to clean, and I tried to capture the carbonation forming in just one day, so I know they seal tightly! These would also work nicely for creating oil or vinegar infusions. Thanks!!

These were great bottles and make very nice egg nog gifts for the holidays. My only complaint is the pen that came with the set was useless. It was just thrown on top and the top of the pen fell off and rendered it useless.

I bought these for keeping my soda stream water in rather than plastic. I also use for homemade syrups and extract. Very good quality and perfect size and shape for the fridge. They aren’t too tall because of the teardrop shape

Bottles were perfect for home made limoncello. Easy to clean with the included brush and easy to fill with included funnel. Bottle even withstood freezing of the limoncello.

These came very well packed, 6 foam wrapped bottles per box and2 boxes in one very sturdy box. Each box came with an unexpected bottle brush, collapsible funnel and gold marker for writing on the bottles. My apple liquor looked perfect in them as they are fancier than a regular beer bottle. I would definitely order again!

I make Kombucha and so far these have been great. The good seal helps give my kombucha that fizz!
