Tried bow hair cleaner for the first. I was impressed with how well it worked. it was easy and fast. My bow hair felt rejuvenated.

You will need to let your bow hair dry for 24 hours before re-rosin'ing it. It will also clean strings, but try not to get it on the wood. It is a mild de-glosser.

I lost about 10% before ever using it! And it was a major mess to clean up!2) My second observation is that this product worked amazingly well. It worked so well that I thought it ruined my cello bow, but it just needed to be re-seasoned with fresh rosin. I actually bought a softer rosin to make my bow come back to life. That's how well it works!3) My final observation: The vendor should take note of how POORLY packaged their product is! The bottle should be sealed to avoid any chance of leaking! My purchased bottle was NOT sealed!My Conclusion:This is a really GREAT product! It cleaned ALL rosin off my bow. I recommend it to anyone needing a deep cleaning of your cello bow! This was hard to find, and I hope they continue to produce this product.I would definitely purchase this again, but I was disappointed that this product was so cheaply packaged that it leaked out before I received it. This product works so well that even the label on the bottle came off as a result of the leaked contents! And yes! It was a LOT or orange smell, but hey, it works!

I decided to try the violin, never played any instrument in my life and I find it relaxing, it’s really not that hard to play, I had to do a lot of research to care for my violin and the old master bow hair cleaner has Florida oranges in it, the price is very reasonable and does a wonderful job on the bow hair, you will be happy with this product 🥰
