These are the perfect blind wands for my large windows. The original ones that came with my blinds over 18 years ago had worn down and broke. But these were the right size, and the durability is great! It was easy to slip them right into the placement hook. Definitely worth the buy!

As the stars indicate, this is a well-made attractive product that does well what it is designed to do. No complaints there.I'm writing to warn other potential buyers that I ordered 30 inch but I got 24. What's more, this was not a mistake by the person who selected it in the warehouse: the plastic wrapper in which it came has a label that says 30". (The product code under the barcode is X0027T8B27. I suspect that also corresponds to the 30 inch version.)I could have tried to exchange it, but this size works and, since the package says 30 inch, there's no guarantee that a replacement would not be another mislabelled pack of 24 inch rods. Moreover, it came in a 2-pack, so I swapped not only the broken one, but the functional 30 inch rod on the other window in the room, leaving a uniform look in that room if anyone cares.This situation doesn't readily fit into any of the menu of reasons for return that Amazon provides. The closest is "wrong item was sent," and I suppose I could have explained under that rubric what I'm saying here, but sending it back is a minor hassle, the product does what I needed and, as I said, I think there's a good chance that the replacement would still be 24 inch.I saw no easy way, other than writing this review, to bring the situation to Amazon's or the manufacturer's attention.

Don't get me wrong it does the job but be very careful cause it's very thin. I'm afraid it is going to break if you try to twist from the bottom so I grab the wand in the middle and go very slow. I would spend a few more dollars and get the better one

Needed to replace a Wand/Rod on an expensive 22 year old blind. This Modtek brand is as good as the original that broke.

Didn't realize that these were only 12" long. That's way too short for most normal sized windows. Kids can't reach them. Had to return them.
