I purchased these Moon Shoes for my grandson, for Christmas. I gave them a try myself and I admit it gave me a workout. They are easy to use and definitely great value. My husband and I had a great laugh as it was so much fun.

It took a few jumps to loosen up but once that happened, he hasn’t stopped jumping! Maybe son got these as a gift and absolutely loves them.

The idea of these shoes are great but they are NOT for outdoor play. I purchased 2 pairs of these shoes for my kiddos for Christmas. They used them for 2 days and one pair broke entirely and the other pair made a loud clicking noise. I sent them back for a replacement pair and they arrived quickly. They were able to enjoy them for another month & 1/2 until the button on one pair broke and the other pair snapped in half while my son was jumping in them. They were in the right size according to the chart so "weight" was not an issue. My boys absolutely loved these shoes but the quality & safety isn't up to par. These shoes should not break while my kids are just casually jumping around outside, the same way they do indoors. Now I am past the return window and all I have is 2 pairs of broke shoes and -$240.

So these are some pretty fun shoes for two of my kids to put on and challenge themselves to use! My 8 year old isn't quite as confident with his balance on them as my 13 year old is, but I think once he uses them a few times and gets the hang of it he'll be able to enjoy and have more fun wearing them. My 13 year old has a good time using them and I will say it's pretty entertaining to watch! There are laces and two sets of straps on them to ensure they are snug and secure while they're on, but the straps especially are a little harder to adjust until you get the hang of doing it. I do think they're priced fairly for the design and creativity of them, there's definitely other things that a kid could get more use out of for the money you'd spend on these, but are a fun and different item for kids to try out and have some fun with if you're up for spending the money!

The idea of these are great! It's like a built-in trampoline, but in a shoe! Purchased these for my son for Christmas and he immediately wanted to go outside. These fit him just fine, had no issues with them being too big and him falling out of them. They were relatively easy to put on and get him situated. We did a couple of practice jumps inside, before heading outside into the elements.Once outside, these were great. Easy to slow down and never got too high that he couldn't come back down without issue.By day 3, one of the straps on the bottom had come off, which holds the bottom of the bouncy party together. He came in with it scraping the ground and asking me to fix it. This is what lead to the 3 stars. To spend $130 on a product and for it to break within 3 days turned me off. I do think these are overpriced and would be better marketed between $75-$100.As I stated initially, these are a great idea, I just think they're priced incorrectly and if you're "playing" with it every day, the wear and tear on these is not great.

My daughter received these for Epiphany and couldn't wait to try them out! Fortunately for us, depending on usage, they should last a while since she is barely a size 3 and they extend up to size 6 in big kids. They, of course, were awkward at first, as any new thing is, but she soon took to walking carefully in them. Their functionality works better when "running" as the bounce mechanism doesn't really play a role when standing or walking- weight could also be a contributing factor as to why she got nearly no bounce in them when trying to jump and walk. You 100% need to make sure the child is wearing their helmet and protective gear- I wouldn't present this to them until you have all the protection they will need to use them (at least helmet, chin, elbows and knees). Being I never bought anything like this before, I could only think of what my daughter's skates cost, and in reference with them which are comparable in workmanship and material, these do seem a bit on the pricey side, but being it seems to be a fairly new concept, seems decent enough. Hope this helps. :)

Got these for the 10-year-old. She was just under the minimum weight limit for the larger size, but I felt she would grow into it quickly. At this weight, she can walk and run in them, but normal vertical bouncing is limited as she is not compressing them enough. This will obviously change as she gets heavier. They fit like a well-designed rollerblade. As they are adjustable in length, I envision many years of fun.Quality materials, and build. Definitely recommend.
