Good option for a beginner dress pattern, or a quick sew for someone more experienced. I've made one sleeveless in a lightweight denim and one in a med/light jersey, and both were pretty simple. I did staystitch all curved/bias edges on the denim, though the instructions only say to do it to the necklines. I also added stay tape to the jersey one. Just make sure your fabric has a bit of drape to it. The denim I chose wasn't quite as drapey as the pattern, so it looks a little like a jumper, but it's still cute. In fact, I think it's possible to make it a size larger out of a less drapey fabric and wear it as a jumper. Overall, I recommend this.

The shoulder seams are the hardest part of this pattern I feel.. when lining up notches your armholes wouldn’t line up front to back.. don’t know how I could have cut the material wrong but I’m a newish sewer so anything is possible.. I just made sure that I had the armholes lining up and sewed them. I made view B I believe with pockets. There is a video on YouTube that sews this pattern if you’re needing to watch how things are done.It’s definitely a baggy dress… but will be comfortable in the heat of summer.
