I bought the InAndOn T4 karaoke machine. It was the best choice that I have ever made. The music sounds great and microphone are very nice. Most important the seller SUPER helpful to help my husband to install the system. I am greatly appreciated the seller’s help. I definitely recommend this product. You won’t regret to buy it. Product is solid but no karafun App built in despite many attempts to make the manufacturer of InandOn and Karafun company realize how popular this App is in N America. The App was preloaded in the older version but disappears now. The seller is super helpful but there is so much he could do to make this important App appear on the machine. This problem is going to affect the popularity of both the product as well as this App sign-up in a negative way. Product was returned.(Update 15 Jan 2024) : I got hold of the same product somehow. The InandOn product itself is honestly still best available in the market, and the sound processor is the state-of-art, wireless microphone is also very good, just the InandOn manufacturer not very accommodating. And the seller is one of a kind super helpful and attentive and is worth 6 stars. So I really feel that overall I have under-rated the experience. Now revise the rating to 5 star. As for Karafun App, I connected a dedicated tablet to the TV using their Android version on the tablet, and play their karaoke without little problem, just unfortunately not through the InandOn machine to take advantage of its flexibility like touch screen, all-in-one benefits. Other users can consider this tweak to use Karafun.

Item was received on time and seller was very helpful in providing me with instructions on how to install the system. One of the plug was not working and Mr. Chen sent me a new one right away. The Karaoke machine is now fully set up and working great.
