We had to quickly leave the area we were visiting because of fires, in the rush I forgot my laptop charger and needed to work remotely. I received this within hours and it saved my day.

This was my backup charger, so I only used it a few times each week. It was delivered on May 19th. It's July 16th and it already stopped working. Edit: After posting this review, the seller reached out and offered a replacement or refund and they did not have to do that, as it was outside of the refund window. I didn't even ask for a refund or replacement. This is great customer service.

I ordered this adapter only on 20-Nov-2024 - that is only 57 days, or less than 2 months ago.Today, I had to quickly unplug the cable from the PC as I was in a rush for a meeting.And the USB-C connector which plugs into the laptop has dismembered itself, with all the leads in the wire exposed. The attached picture shows this disaster.Never expected such low quality.Now I have to buy another 130w adapter for my Dell Precision 7560.
