Truly a terrible assembly experience. It takes 2+ people to hold the individual sections in order to obtain the proper angle for the bolts to fit all the way through. For the sections where 6 pieces come together the bolts are too short to even accomplish this. I had to buy all new hardware to get the dome together, and new bolts aren’t cheap. I would have absolutely returned this, but didn’t get around to attempting assembly until the return window closed.Edit: I was able to get it together with my own hardware, and their customer service was very helpful.

This item was missing parts when arrived. I tried to assemble but when trying to attach parts the screws are way too short. Terrible instructions and the video showing installation doesn’t even explain how to put item together. Just terrible item.

Its done now, after a trip on christmas day to get bolts. The ends of pipe sections are not squashed flat so when you stack them up, bolts are not long enough. We had to buy all bolts 1/4†longer, just to catch a thread to squash ends flatter when tightening.Other than that, very happy. Kids love it.

Powder coat was poorly done. As in picture you can see the difference in thickness. Makes it impossible to put together. We had to use a impact gun to put what we could do. And still had to order longer bolts for the to 6 parts.

Took my husband and I hours into days to put this together and ended up having to buy longer bolts for the product to work. They need to rethink the size of the bolts for all the pieces that have to fit on just one bolt. It’s impossible, no matter the way you turn them.

It’s a sturdy structure and lightweight for its size, but the included 45mm and 20mm bolts would absolutely not fit in some of the connection points. I ended up spending $20 to get longer ones.

My kids loved this dome, but if you are a single parent, ask a friend for help. It is definitely a little tricky to put together. It is built, but it is a pain to put together. Little kids are not much help. They are great for picking up dropped nuts, bolts, washers, and small tools, which can wear out your hands. I recommend using your own socket wrenches and spanners to tighten the nuts and bolts through the layers of tubing just enough to put the climbing frame up. It would be nice if some of the bolts were about 1/8 inch longer because of the layers of tubing. But, we did it and the kids had a blast.

My son was thrilled when he received this for his 6th birthday! He and his older sisters fly out the door to get a few minutes of fun in this dome climber before school everyday.The assembly was a small annoyance but the product is worth its weight in gold
