1.Installation:
Bend the soft part, slide the phone into the bottom slowly, pay attention to the connector, make sure the charging connector of battery case is plugged into the phone charging port properly and entirely. It's manual not automatic,manually press the button on the back for 3s to start or stop charging.
2.Removal:
Bend the soft rubber part, slide the phone our of the charging case. please pay attention to the connector.
Check the remaining battery lever with a touch of button.

The battery charges my phone completely and relatively quickly. I did have an issue with the USB port, but the company responded and sent a replacement battery in just a couple of days. I’m very happy with this product.

It doesn’t charge your phone easily. It will work some days and other days not. It is a piece of garbage and waste of a lot of money. I don’t understand why they don’t put a switch or something. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS COMPLICATED AND WILL NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED!

I use my phone constantly and it always drains the battery. I purchased this to go with my new phone and it works great. It will give me a couple of additional full charges although I’ve only had to use it a couple of times. The only drawback is that it makes phone very heavy and bulky and the stand doesn’t work well with the extra weight.

My charging port broke after 7 months of use. I emailed support via their website for help and was send a “no recipient emailâ€. However, I posted a complaint on the reviews, and somebody reached back out to me in a message on Amazon from their customer support.They offered me a replacement unit for free, or a full refund. I chose a replacement unit because as long as this unit is working, it is great.I gave 4 stars because customer service is hard to get in touch with and there is no real person to reach out to, unless they reach out to you here from a review. They should fix that.I do appreciate them sending me a replacement unit very fast after reaching out to me.

I bought this same brand battery case for my iPhone XS Max and used it for a whole year with no problems. I bought this one for my Iphone 14 pro Max about 3 months ago and its the same great quality I expected from my last one. The battery fully recharges my iphone 2.5 times before having to recharge it. It gets me though the entire day of heavy use and It still has 50 % battery at the end of the night. Highly recommend to anyone. Before I forget, it also protects the phone very well. Ive dropped my phone several times where the case should've broke or been damaged and its still going strong.

This case is awesome . The only thing is it only charges for about 3 or 4 months before port doesn’t charge anymore. Also if you could tighten rubber on top or but hard plastic just at top, because eventually it stretches out, and the the phone top slides in and out. If these two things could be fixed in all versions you have a lifetime customer. Also please come out for one for iphone16 primes when it comes out with headphone support. Ty

After only 6 months of having the case the charge port is not working properly it take a long time to find the right spot for it to start charging other that tag the case is great update I contacted them about it and they sent me a new one free of charge I am satisfied

Got this in May of 2023 and worked great for me. I was little hesitant paying more than I normally would but wanted something that would last more than 3 or 4 months like the last few cheap ones I bought. I was so glad I spent the extra money as this case was perfect for my needs. A little heavy at first but now I feel empty without it. So I noticed recently that the plug was not working properly to charge it and looking at buy a new one and while looking at the listing I noticed that mine had a 1 year warranty so I figured I would reach out to see what they could do for me. Had a brand new one in my hand within days and couldn’t be happier. This is the 2nd newdery product in our house and we love them. Add in the amazing customer service and can’t go wrong with this product.

Had the case for not even a full week before the charging port on the bottom stopped working. Not able to charge the case so it’s useless. Contacted the company for help and they said they can’t do anything even though on their website there’s a month warranty stated. Very disappointing

The first case we received only worked for a few days then stopped charging altogether. The return window was also closed so we decided to accept the loss but was displeased. The seller reached out to ask how has the experience been with the product and I told them of the issue. Not only did they offer to send us a new case, they apologized for the experience we had and offered reassurance to the quality of the product. We received the new case very quickly and it has been working perfectly. Thank you for providing great customer service and for attending to our displeasure. It is indeed a great product and it's worth the spend.

The Battery Case is very good, works very well much more than i expected, a little heavy than i am used to but after using it for few days i got used to it, the battery life las long and charges my phone 13 pro max very well.
