The 2 locks are out of sync, see my picture.This new design is very nice because I can easily remove the blade and put in dish washer to wash.Once I get an answer about my question, I will test it and change my review to 5 stars if it works as I expected.Please help!I figured out myself. Super fast cutting. Hunter must have.Also, I hope they made 1.5mm blade. 2.5mm is still too thick for hot pot meat.

So far, sooooo happy. Still it takes some extra work to clean it up. Nonetheless, it is much better that another one I ordered and returned. That one was horrible to clean. This one makes exactly the cut I need. Save my wrist from aching with all the cut of different meats I have to cut for my empanadas. So far , I am thankful I got this machine

I have the used many cutting machines From meat slicers to these slicing machines. The previous on, the blades were not easily detached so you had to carry the entire machine to pressure spray the blades clean. This machine, the blades detach so it is lighter and easier to pressure clean away from the electrical machine parts. This way you are not required to oil the machine as much also. In addition of you get the other attachments, you should be able to cut different sizes without another machine that would take up too much space. The only thing missing is a tool to push meat through in case meat gets stuck while operating.

This machine have electrical issue there is no safety. This will shock you when you clean the machine. Short circuit cause a burn out.
