This item does not sit flatly on a table. It is unstable and very rough on the bottom. It would have easily scratched furniture. Adding felt pads would not have worked since the base is not flat. Returned this item.

So pretty it looked Exacly like the picture.To be honest I didn’t know it was glass but it was so pretty amazing for candy.
