The instructions are clearly really badly translated from the Chinese and refer to some other device (perhaps a previous model?). There aren't many pictures, but those there are are just as clearly not this version. I followed the instruction as best as I could given the loose relationship between them and the jack, but nothing I did made this thing move. Shame, it seems well built, but as is I'd avoid it and get something else.

This Hydraulic Jack kit had some of the finest packaging I've ever seen! Kit itself is a small unit that will work well for getting into small spaces. The hydraulic puck itself has a threaded back that will allow you to attach solid pucks (not provided) in order to increase the gap you can fill prior to jacking. Overall fit and finish is really nice. The puck comes off the hydraulic line with a quick disconnect for easier storage. It doesn't leak any fluid when you take back apart either! A really nice kit. I got it to have it "in my tool box", but don't have an immediate use for it, or I'd show it in action.
