This is the second Newtry unit we have purchased. The first one only gate 2" of thrust and we needed 4". It is perfect for working in small spaces. The seller was fantastic about reaching out to us before the purchase to make sure that it was what we really wanted. Delivery was better that the original date promised. We kept both units and are very happy with this purchase.

I own several different sizes and versions of these jacks. You never know what size you are going to need for a job, so it pays to have a variety of sizes and configurations available.Recently I ordered the 30 ton telescoping version which unfortunately was lost in shipping. It happens. The seller PROACTIVELY reached out to me to note the shipment had stopped moving and they were sending me a replacement unit. The replacement shipped from China on a Sunday and arrived to me in Tennessee 2 days later on Tuesday. Folks, you can't be that!The jack is of excellent quality and design and is hundreds of dollars cheaper than what you would pay for a major name brand. I have nothing but praise for the jack, and for the seller. I will be buying the 50 ton telescoping version next.
