Transmitter
The transmitter unit is mainly composed of a coded circuit and a transmitting high-frequency circuit to transmit control data to achieve the purpose of remote control. When the operator presses the button on the transmitter, the encoding module immediately perceives which button, and encodes the address of this button with the identification code and Hamming code into "control data" (control data) and sends it to the transmitter of the high-frequency line.

it say it will work on 12v d/c but it doesnt give any instuction of how to switch fron a/c to d/c ?

Wow What a GREAT ITEM. AMAZING once I figured out there is a Small error in Wire Diagram. Wire 2-1 power supply is ( + ) power input 12v DC and then Wire 2-2 is GROUND (-), ALL Comm wires are (+) then as listed. DC Power provided to each Wire No. & Position listed.
