Was skeptical about the fit because when I put in the car info it said it doesn't fit but for the price I took a chance and it fits perfect for my 08 cts manual transmission rear wheel drive..FYI be careful not to mount it upside down like I did .. lol.. the round part goes up in the arch.. now gotta see how long it last

*2008 CTS4 with DI. First image is of the dust cover installed as far as it will go (shouldn't see any shiny metal), central diameter is wrong. Had to bend back and reuse the old cover that I unfortunately smashed/pried off. Bearings fine, no noticeable noise on 400 mile road trip that it just went on
