Love the product. So many nice features. Power bank , car jump starter , Tire inflator. Comes with a very nice protective case and we'll organize storage department. Definitely saves on clutter and fits in the car or house , taking up very little space.

This was my first time ordering a product from NexPow. I received the NP2 in May 2024. After having charging issues with the unit for several months (the unit would take long time to charge and would be at 0% in about a month), I contacted NP customer service and after submitting the Amazon purchase order I was sent a replacement unit within 2 days without having to return the defective unit.
