1. Unable to power on.
The customer uses an adapter with a lower power to charge the car vacuum, or not through a wall socket, but through an output port such as a computer USB. Because the power is too low, the mini car vacuum may not be charged. So customers should use 5V/2A adapter to charge it until it is be fully charged when receive it. Also, you should press the button for more than 2s to open it.
2. Suction is weak.
Customers should charge the car vacuum cleaner until it is full and then use it. Check the dust cup whether it is full or the filter or suction nozzle is blocked. And it is mainly for small particles not for big particles.
3. Turn off suddenly.
It is low battery, pls charge it.

This is a good vaccum. Simple to use. Gets the job done. Not tooo fancy but helps me keep my car clean! The suction is apt for getting a quick clean done!

This vacuum is one of the best purchases I have made. Originally bought for my car, but it is too good to not have in the house. Between kids and dogs and everything else, having this little baby on hand is a lifesaver. I use it daily to just keep up with cleaning the little crumbs and messes made. The battery life is great and so is the suction. It’s honestly better than my cordless vacuum.

This is so handy! I love how compact it is. I have used it for my car, messes from the kids around the house and it's perfect to clean up around house plants when tidying them up! I love the attachments and it holds a charge for a long time!

Original review: I used this once and it worked great for a few minutes then the battery died. Now it won't charge.Edited Review: I originally gave this product 1 star but have changed to 3 stars since customer service has reached out to me to resolve the issue. They've sent us a replacement vacuum and we are excited to use it. Will provide another update once we've attempted to charge it after draining the initial charge.

Great little vac for a great price. It's very small but has great suction. It's smaller than a Pringles can and has a couple of attachments, one being an extension to get to hard to reach spots. It also has an attachment with a little brush on the end which comes in handy for dust. It's rechargeable with USB-C which is nice as I already have a charger in the car and boat, which is where I will be using this most as it's small enough to keep in the glove box. Overall I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it, especially for the reasonable price.

This thing has been so helpful. Kids can make messes in cars. I love the ease of pulling this thing out and handling the mess right away. Suction is great. Definitely not car wash quality but works great for small things.
