This product did what it was intended and is absolutely excellent to use! The quality is quite good. It is very easy to clean and use, and it is very versatile as I can put this in any cup and have tea within minutes. I would recommend this to anyone who drinks tea regularly.

The metal piece slips on and off too easily, causing you to have to hold it in place so that it doesn't open and have loose tea spill out.

I was looking for a tea infuser for a while. I decided to order this one because I like its design concept: scoop, infuser and squeeze all in one and with a intricated diffuse pattern on the stainless steel front. In order to leave room for the tea leaves to expand, it is best not to scoop more than 2/3 of the scoop. Once immersed in the cup, you can see tea slowly emerge from the diffuser and smell the aroma rises up. It does what it promises and allows you to control what kind of tea you would like to make. Besides, it is so easy to clean.

Gave as a Christmas gift to my sister-in-law. She drinks tea very day. She thought it was a nice design.

Thought this "gadget" would make it less messy to make hot tea from tea bags. In my case, using only one brand of bags, it didn't work. I eft it in the hot water the same amount of time as I usually do and the water was barely coloured! I took the bag from the device and had to let it steep for a few more minutes to get the same strength tea. It may be great for tea leaves but not for my tea bags. In the rubbish bin!! Didn't want to give a star rating because the device may be spot on for others but I had to to post the review. Sorry.

This is cheaply made & the metal part constantly slides completely off the handle part. I WA a going to return it, but couldn't get to the UPS Store before the time to return it ended.

I was using this tea infuser at work and all my coworkers wanted to buy one. This tea infuser is perfect for loose tea leaves because you can scoop the tea leaves directly into the infuser. I also love that you can easily dump used tea leaves just as easy. Highly recommend for any office, when you don't have a traditional teapot available. Easy to clean and rinse, not much more I can ask for.

I love drinking tea both at home and at the office so this product is perfect for me. Because it acts as a scooper and a tea infuser , all I need at the office now is just a mug and a small tea tin. Clean up it easy as I just rinse it out. I plan to buy a few of these give out as Christmas gifts for my co- workers this year.
