Love the chair. Excellent fast response customer care as well. I also ordered the cover which comes separately. I did have my handyman do the assembly.

We got this for my step daughters room and she has absolutely loved it. I don't think she has been anywhere else in the house since we put it in her room. The construction is good and assembly isn't bad for one person but you will be much better off with a second set of hands. It arrived in good shape and well packed. Great to cuddle up with a book or a nap.

it's very comfortable and cozy like a nest. building it was tricky but I was able to do ot alone in an hour. Be sure to follow the instructions thoroughly though since if you over tighten it's difficult to get all the pieces to line up. Looks nice and will be nice when the weather is good.

I received my product in a timely fashion. It’s easy to assemble. The chair is super comfy and has become a statement piece on my patio. The color is exactly as it is on the site as well. I’m 100% satisfied . Thanks

I have been using this product since last dew months and so far there aren’t any issues with it.The product is durable and sturdy. It stands well in any climate.

One part was missing but the customer service was quick to act. The chair seems to be reasonable quality given the cost but the included small pillows would be best if replaced.After a complaint that the product appeared to be previously returned, actions were taken to fix the situation. I will update here in case I am dissatisfied in any way.
