I was so happy with this blender when I first got it to replace my generic made in Germany personal blender that was growing mold under the seals and didn’t blend very well.Well, I’m not happy anymore. Every time I have gone to use my Ninja, it has needed to be charged. I literally charged it yesterday with my smoothie in it, got it to full battery capacity, ran it once to blend my smoothie, and a second time to clean it. Now it’s dead this morning and charging with yet another smoothie in it. I just want a reliable personal blender. Is that so much to ask?Update from a few days later:I charged it TWICE this morning because I knew I’d be using it tonight. IT’S DEAD! After two charges and not being used, it’s dead! And it’s not like I used this thing to death when I first got it either. I have used this blender maybe 9 times since I got it. I’m beyond disappointed. Ninja used to be a good brand.***UPDATE TO THE UPDATE***I registered my blender with Ninja after all of this nonsense, and then I reached out to support. I sent them videos of the issue and they gave me a case number and a phone number to call. I didn’t have to prove anything to them, they just told me they would have to send out a replacement and that I didn’t have to send mine back.I know that shopping for personal blenders is a NIGHTMARE AND A HALF, because they either don’t chop, don’t hold a charge, burn your house down, etc. If you’re going to take the risk to get one anyway, just go with this one. When it works, it pulverizes everything you put in it. When it doesn’t work, Ninja stands by their products and takes care of the issue.I’m updating my review to 3 stars, but if my replacement blender works, it’ll be 5 stars.Oh, and by the way, the customer service dude was really pleasant and spoke English. I was never transferred to India or anything like that.******Hopefully Final Update******So, I got my replacement blender from Ninja, and I love it! I use it about every other day, and I have only had to charge it four times now. It works wonderfully, but the only thing it sometimes struggles with is whole frozen strawberries. Don’t get me wrong, it can pulverize them. It just may take more than one blend cycle, which is fine when you have a blender that actually works, unlike the one I got from Amazon. I can finally wholeheartedly recommend this blender.

I loved this blender so much I had to order one for my daughter. It blends very well,the portion size is great. It's not noisy once your ice is broken down. It's been able to blend everything I've put in it,very powerful. This blender is a must have and it's amazing for the price. I'm a busy professional and this blender allows me to create my healthy protein shakes anywhere.

I was needing a small, portable blender for my daily protein shakes which I make at the office. It's more than powerful enough to smoothly blend a few powder supplements together. Can't say if it could do fruits well but honestly I can't imagine that it would struggle. It's easy to clean. The light color code indicator is easy to understand (with the sticker on it that tells me what means what). The ONE CON that I can confirm from other reviews is that the battery does not last long. I put it on the charger at minimum every two days after I use it just to make sure I never get stuck. I imagine that would be annoying if I was traveling with it, but I don't so it's fine, and if I ever do, I'm aware of what my limitations are.

If you need a **portable** blender then this could be good for taking to the gym, work or school and make a quick smoothie. If you don't need something super portable then I would go with the other Ninja personal blender -- this blender is 35 watts and that one is 700 watts. This one wimped out on me when I tried to make acai, and one time a single frozen mango chunk stopped the blade until I cleared it.The lid locks shut and hasn't opened on me yet, the operation is simple and shuts off automatically after 30 seconds, it's easy to clean, and it does actually fit in your cup holder .... at least if you drive a 2024 f-150. Battery life is meh .... it'll start going from green to yellow after about 6-8 runs. You can charge it with a type-c cord and any charging brick. Overall I think it's worth it if you value portability over power since the other one is about the same price.

This a great blender for smoothies. It’s streamlined so it doesn’t take up much space. It has plenty of power. I run 3 30 second cycle rounds per smoothie for my wife and I.

Tenia ganas de comprar una batidora portatil, vi varias marcas y modelos y finalmente me decidi por la Ninja Los colores son muy bellos, el tamaño es ideal, cabe perfecto en mi bolsa o mi mochila, preparo la porcion que voy a licuar y la dejo en el congelador, al dia siguiente tomo mi batidora y mi porcion y me la llevo al trabajo. Facil de lavar. Es tan linda, ligera y practica, que mis compañeras de equipo ya pidieron la suya.
