My sister has one that we used to make avocado toast for our family, and we fell in love with it because of its versatility. So, we bought one ourselves.It’s larger than a toaster, but the flip up design makes this a toaster oven that you can use for a wide variety of other small meals and then park it in your cupboard. We live in an RV, so space is a premium. Everything we buy has to have two uses plus. This does the trick. Highly recommended.

The Ninja Foodie toaster allows for large bread items to be toasted in the toasting slot, i.e. longer french bread slices, a whole bagel sliced in half side by side, and to reheat several whole biscuits at once, for some examples. And a decent amount can be cooked in the tray if you lay it flat for the cooking function. I cooked 6 frozen biscuits at one time to what I would say was total perfection (light brown on the outside and soft inside). You could also fit one pizza slice, or 2 pieces of bread side by side in the cooking tray. So I think it’s a very handy toaster and it definitely takes up less space than a cooking style toaster. It’s longer than a standard slice toaster, so check the measurements before buying. But I’m a big fan overall!

This product exceeds my expectations. I would highly recommend it. The toast is consistently hot and it toasts equally over the bread. The toaster oven does a nice job with small simple items like cheese sticks, Texas toast etc.. The toaster is compact and fits nicely in the cabinet or on the counter top not taking up much space.

We just moved and have a small kitchen. We gave away our regular toaster oven and air fryer when we moved. I was looking for something compact that could do both jobs, with regular toasting being the priority. This toaster serves the purpose perfectly. It toasts super fast -- I think because it uses quartz elements instead of traditional resistive heating elements. It can toast 2 normal size pieces of bread like a regular toaster; however, because of the long shape it can also toaster larger slices like you would get out of an artisan bread boule. The baking function also works great. Because of the small space and its ability to get super hot, it's really good at roasting, which is basically what we used our air fryer for. We roasted some tofu the other day, and it turned out perfectly. The compartment is a little small, but it's fine for just my partner and I. You can also cook things in batches if you aren't short on time.My main issue is with the beeping it does. It beeps for everything. Start toasting: beep; stop toasting: beep; take out the tray: beep; put the tray back in: beep. You get the idea. I wish I could disable that (if I knew I could safely take it apart and remove the speaker, I would). Aside from that, it's great!

This is the best toaster we've seen. Only 2 slices, but there's much to love:- 6 elements- quartz elements, not wire over paper like others- elements are close to bread, unlike "toaster ovens" or "air fryer combos". We think this is highly efficient, and also causes bread to be crispier on the surface and fresher inside. We love this, never seen before in a toaster - keeps bread from drying as it toasts.- very compact, about 1.5x size of cheap toaster- can flip, though we don't use this feature- upright, taking not much more space than a cheap toaster (longer)- beeps when done, an unexpectedly useful feature- controls are better than any we've seen- display is helpfulOur congratulations to Shark / Ninja. Basically it's a really cool unique product. It's not as good as a regular toaster or a regular toaster oven but the best crossover for the money. The toaster oven works great for a slice of pizza and is not terrible for a sandwich. The main problem with the toaster oven feature is it does not allow airflow underneath so only the top gets toasted. Also the controls and safety locks on the toaster oven feature are wonky af. I accidentally launched a burning hot tray more than once, because the upright toaster springs have to be locked down for the toaster oven to work, but it's not a great system for doing so. The control panel isn't intuitive at all either. My experience with it was that I initially loved it, then immediately hated it, then I sorta figured it out but decided it wasn't great at either function. In dungeons and dragons, sometimes people can't decide if they want to be a fighter or a mage, so they decide to be both, only a fighter-mage can't fight as well as a fighter or mage as well as a mage. To me that's the perfect description of this contraption. It does both functions but neither is as good as just a regular toaster or regular toaster oven

This flip toaster is great! I use it so much. Takes less space on the counter because of its flip up design. Genius! It toasts bread to perfection and has so many options. It works great as a toaster oven as well. Used to grill cheese on toast and even made little cupcake eggies with different ingredients. Best toaster/ oven purchase.I read complaints about the crumb tray not being easy to clean because it’s not removable. The reason for that is because it’s an oven also and can heat up to high temperatures, the tray acts as the back wall. If someone were to forget to put it back in it could potentially cause a fire on your back wall or damage. I just use a cloth and a mini vac to clean up the crumbs. No big deal. Also some people say the removable oven tray handle is loose. You have to really tighten it. It feels like you’re breaking it but you’re not. Definitely recommend this toaster.

When my bulky countertop toaster oven needed replacement, I went for this 2 in one to save counter space. It toast perfectly with adjustable settings and timer is great. Flip oven feature is great for warming up or cooking foods up to 400 degrees. It is totally worth getting.
