Smells really nice and seems like the price and value match. The quality is nice and I have not noticed any extra noise at night from it. I would recommend this product!

UPDATE 4/05/23: Niteangel, as promised, gave me another package for free due to the inconvenience with the mold. Amazing customer service, as soon as I can use the other bag I will attach new pictures. You're not paying for the product, but for disposition to help and solve your issues. This time they were more careful with storage and transportation, which is something that has to be highlighted, in comparison to other pet stores. If I had more money, I would definitely buy anything from them. I'm changing my review from 3 stars to 5 because of this.You get a decent amount for the money. If I had a better choice at a lower price I would definitely choose the other option, but Niteangel's customer service really shines above other sellers.UPDATE 21/04/23: Contacted Niteangel and they very kindly offered to send me another package due to the inconvenience. Will be updating the review with the new package, but all in all this just shows the amazing service provided by this company, definitely maintaining its solid reputation, as they recognize the possible flaws encountered during transportation, storage, and management that could have led to this sanitary issue.ORIGINAL REVIEWThe flowers are beautiful and the variety is really nice, however flowers got moldy after 2 weeks of purchase despite never getting wet nor dirty. At first I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt, so I waited 2 more weeks and before I realized all the flowers of one of the bags were moldy already! I had to put the other one in the freezer to prevent this from happening again. I tried to clean them with soap, hot water, but as you can see in the picture THEY CAN'T be cleaned as they fall apart and it's a mess to dry them afterward considering the amount the package has. The first picture shows the first bag empty (this is the bag I had to throw away because of the mold) and the second bag, which I have put in the freezer and hope this will avoid mold growth. The second picture shows the flowers immediately after using them, very nice and my hamster did nibble on them. The medical and enriching benefits of flowers in the enclosure cannot be dismissed; nevertheless, I had to throw literally 50% of the product because of mold. I would also like to note both bags came with BUGS, very small, brown bugs, I didn't take a picture of them because as soon as I saw them and emptied the bags to take them out and re-pack the flowers. The bugs were not an issue, but the mold has been since it basically destroys the flowers and can make your pet sick. All in all I like Niteangel as a brand and they are expanding the pet market, which makes me happy, but people should be more impartial, objective, and critic when writing reviews o that this community can keep growing and improving. Would I buy it again? Not really. 200 grams for $19 (plus tax), considering the bags come with bugs and the flowers get moldy after a while, is not a great deal. Can't refund/return since 30 days have already passed and bags have been opened. Hopefully they fix this issue, since I have heard they are attentive with customer service.

These flowers are great!

These are a little expensive, but I trust Niteangel as a vendor and have purchased a variety of these items (flowers, seed sprays, etc.). They are well packaged and arrive undamaged. No trouble with bugs in the packages (a frequent complaint in the reviews of similar items from no-name brands sold by random 3rd-party sellers on amazon).They are also beautiful, a great addition to the hamster's home, and the hamsters seem to enjoy them as much as we do!

Die trocken Pflanzen/Kräuter sind super verpackt und auch im ganzen angekommen. Wir haben sie im Gehege sofort verteilt und es gibt dem ganzen zu Hause eine wunderschöne Optik. Wir sind sehr zufrieden damit.Ob der Preis gerechtfertigt ist, muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.
