Q: Why my small animal water bottle doesn’t work?
Please don't add too much water to the water bottle at one time, hamsters like to drink water while exploring, if you are away from home most of the time, you can set up multiple drinking points for the hamster, such as water bowls or multiple water bottle, for the well-being of your hamster, we highly recommend doing daily checks to see if the water is flowing out.
Q: Can I attach the small animal water bottle to the cage?
A: The water bottle cannot be attached to the cage, but the bottle holder is very stable, you just need to put the small pet stand water bottle on a stable platform to keep the hamster from pushing it down. In addition, please kindly note that the bottle holder doesn't match other types of water bottle.

How to install the Niteangel Water Bottle with Stand?
1. Add water to the kettle
Please add fresh and clean water to your small pet, do not put too much water in the water bottle. For the well-being of small pets, please change and add fresh water in time. This is very important for small pets.
2. Adjust height as needed
Install the small pet kettle on the bracket and adjust the optimal height according to the needs of small pets. In addition, place the kettle on a stable platform. If your furry friend likes to push what it sees, please check everyday if it will push the kettle down.
3. Check the water outlet
Please check the water bottle daily and tap the metal ball on the tip of the spout after each refill to make sure the water is flowing properly. The water bottle is ready to use when you tap the metal ball and bubbles appear. If your dwarf hamster cannot use the water bottle because the steel ball is too heavy, you can detach one steel ball.
4. Place water bottle on the platform
Please check to see if the cute little pet will use the stand water bottle after your installation is complete. If your hamster only used the water bowl before or you are away from home most of the time, you can set up multiple drinking points for the hamster, such as water bowls or multiple water bottles to encourage the hamster to drink more water.
Do hamsters need to drink a lot of water every day?
You don't have to ask it to drink too much, you just need to prepare enough drink water point in the cage, and when the hamster is thirsty, it will drink it by itself. Because enough water is nicer for hamsters, drinking too much or lack of water will affect the well-being of hamsters.

If you need a stand-alone water bottle for an glass aquarium cage for a hamster, this is a good one. My hamster is a chewy little beast who chews on pretty much anything he can get his little chompers on, but he has not conquered this water bottle. It's very sturdy plastic with an adjustable wing-nut in the back of the unit that holds the water bottle shelf in place. The water bottle is relatively small, 80 ml or about 2.7 fluid ounces. It's also very stable and safe, easy to clean. My little monster uses it as a ladder to reach the top of his cage, and as far as I can tell, there are no safety hazards with respect to wires or ways to hurt himself. Just the right size for a Syrian hamster. The great thing about this water bottle is that it doesn't take up a lot of room, and it is height adjustable.Keep in mind that the spout should be checked every day to make sure that water is flowing. I tap the end a few times until I see air bubbles releasing in the bottle. The flow can be adjusted by loosening or tightening the metal end of the spout. I keep it fully tightened, and I have not noticed any problems when my full-grown Syrian drinks from it. If you unscrew the end of the spout and look inside, you will see a small plastic tube that runs from the twist-on cap to the metal spout. The stopper ball sits freely in the metal end and blocks the flow of water when it's not being used. I did notice that the ball retracts a little bit when my hammy is drinking, so smaller rodents (dwarf hams & mice) may have trouble unblocking the stopper ball. I have not had any leakage issues.

i shopped around for a few of these. i saw a cactus and log ceramic water holder, but the bases on those were very slender and seemed like my hamster could easily knock them over. but this base is sturdy and big. as for the water bottle, it's not water tight if you hold it upside down, but as it's meant to be upright, that won't be an issue. importantly, there are no drips or leaks with this bottle!!

I love this bottle, best hamster water bottle I’ve ever had, it never leaks, and is super stable, it only fell over once and has never happened again. I wasn’t sure about the size, it’s a little smaller than expected, but works great for my syrian hamster. I just have to fill it more often. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The stand seems well-made and sturdy, and the bottle is your average hamster water bottle, it's pretty small but I did not feel misled by the pictures at all. It's exactly as expected and looks great. For some reason, however, my russian dwarf hamster can't/won't use it. I've seen her attempt to use it, only to quickly turn away, as though no water is coming out. I am able to easily produce water by touching it with my finger, and the required pressure is truly negligible, but for whatever reason my hamster can't or won't use it, unfortunately. I tried taking out one of the balls, but to no avail. I don't know if it's an issue with the product or my hamster, so I can't really say. Seems like a good product though.

Very Satisfied ! Came exactly as described. Easily adjustable to a wide range of height. Metal ball is spring loaded so it doesn't leak. Also comes with an extra spring. Good quality. I definitely recommend.

Would give 0/5 stars. There is no vent at the top to allow the water to flow so it doesn't matter if the ballstop is pushed, or even how far up you push it. The suction keeps it dry and keeps it from flowing to the gerbil. Only way to get it to drip a single bit of water is to shake it violetly which obviously a tiny gerbil or hamster cannot do. Stupid design, at least test your product before selling it when peoples pets life's literally depend on it functioning correctly...EDIT - I now see that there are two distinct designs on this same posting, one that is a standard screwtop bottle and one that comes with a top loaded, adjustable bottle. The one I got, with the vacuum issue is the screwtop. I am returning it for the top loaded adjustable one to see if that one works better. Will adjust review if it does. As it stands I fully DO NOT recommend either of the screwtop options (the wood or plastic variation).EDIT2 - Awful, the top loaded option leaks as bad as many of these other reviews state. Entire thing emptied onto the floor or our cage in 48 hours each time. Even tried their troubleshooting tips. So you either get one that doesn't dispense water to your thirsty pets or it dispenses all of it to the floor of their cage, either way absolute waste of time and money 0/5 stars.

Our hamster really loves using this water bottle and we think it looks great. The ceramic is high quality, and the bottle has a good capacity. Unfortunately after using it for a couple months now we've noticed that the bottle will occasionally leak, and it causes all the water to leak out fairly quickly and soak the area underneath.

Questa borraccia è di qualità e perfetta per i piccoli roditori. Tuttavia, nella mia esperienza, la sferetta del beccuccio è risultata un po' dura per i criceti nani, ma potrebbe trattarsi di un caso isolato. In generale, i prodotti Niteangel sono tra i migliori sul mercato per i criceti, e questa borraccia non fa eccezione. Il mio cricetino ha comunque apprezzato e bevuto senza problemi.Se notate che il vostro criceto non beve dalle borracce, consiglio sempre di affiancare una ciotolina in vetro, pratica e sicura (ne parlo in un'altra recensione sul mio profilo). I have a dwarf hamster. I bought this to use as a secondary water source to my Hams water bowl.It comes well packaged and disassembled but putting it together is easy and you should be able to do it with no instructions.I like the design, it's wooden and height adjustable so you can adjust it to the needs of your hamster sliding the holder up or down by loosening then tightening the wing nut on the back of the stand.It's a good size, shown next to the bucatstate Large ceramic hide. Works as intended.Seems easy to keep clean although there's a small plastic pipe in the spout I'm not sure how hard that will be to clean but time will tell.I had a much smaller one than this before and this is much better. Will definitely buy again if I needed more in future. Pleased with this purchase.
