I decided to try this type of swing VS. the old cheaper cloth top which was constantly ripping and deteriorating in just one season. Costs a little more but worth the extra money, so far so good !

Beautiful but hard to put together. If you don't have mechanical skills or know someone who does don't buy this.

So happy with this swing! It arrived quickly in 2 boxes, and took about 2.5 hrs to put together. The cushions are perfect, and it’s very comfortable. I emailed customer service with a question, and they got back to me right away, and were very helpful! The swing is so relaxing, quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this product and company. Received swing in 2 separate boxes. One for the cover and one for the swing. When I received the cover box I noticed 1 piece was missing. I reached out to them and within couple of days they sent me the missing piece and more. Swing looks beautiful, quality is excellent as well.

Not what I expected very small I’m 5’6 height Basically that’s the height and I still hit my head getting in and coming out. The shade on top is very cheap plastic. If it rains, you will get wet not a huge fan, but it’s already built. Let’s see how long this last.

Return process very bad quality is not good as advertised. When we request a return, they want to charge $250 for a return.
