Available in sets of 2 (Sx2) or 5 (Sx5) including screws and a tool-free mounting system that can help to reduce both turbulence noise and performance losses, Noctua’s NA-FG1-12 are premium grade 120mm fan grills for the highest demands in acoustic optimisation and ease of installation. Thanks to an offset design with round struts, the NA-FG1 guards offer excellent protection with minimal impact on the fan’s acoustics and flow rate. The included tool-free push-pin mounting system not only makes installation a breeze, even if the fans are already installed in a PC system, it also introduces an additional 5mm offset in order to achieve even lower influx turbulence, further improved running smoothness and better airflow performance. Last but not least, the high-quality matte black finish and the Noctua logo at the centre make the NA-FG1 grills a visual testament to Noctua’s renowned premium quality.
Reliable protection
Thanks to their densely spaced, sturdy steel ribs, Noctua’s NA-FG1 series fan grills offer excellent protection and reliably prevent you from accidentally touching the running fan or cables from being pushed into the impeller.
Excellent acoustics, high airflow
While flat fan grills or fan guards with sharp edges can create unpleasant, high-pitched turbulence noises and often also reduce airflow significantly, Noctua’s NA-FG1 units use an offset design with rounded struts in order to ensure that the impact on fan acoustics and performance is as low as possible.
Tool-free push-pin mounting
The NA-FG1 sets include a proprietary push-pin mounting system that makes installing the grills a breeze: Push the rubber plugs into the fan’s mounting holes, put on the grill and fix it by pushing in the plastic pins. No screwdriver or other tools required!
Offset mounting for extra quietness and better performance
The supplied push-pins make it possible to install the grills 5mm offset from the fan. This extra spacing helps to further improve acoustics and airflow by reducing influx turbulence. In practice, this means that fans can run noticeably quieter and more efficient when the grills are fixed using the push-pins instead of screws. In case there isn’t enough space for the 5mm offset, the push-pins can be shortened using a cutter knife or scissors.

Are you tired of getting your fingers stuck in the fan blades?? Well so was I,.. That's why I purchased these Noctua fan blade finger guards. I am a blind person but I love building computers, I'm not into RGB since I can't see anything, but I really love looking at my computer by touch, so I constantly hit my fingers on the fan blades, this solves that problem for me mostly. Now I can enjoy feeling my computer and not have to worry about cuts anymore. They dont quite give full protecting on the NF-A15 cooler fan, and I am still able to fit my fingers in between the extra space, so it is still a little dangerous,.. but hey,.. not everything in life is ever 100% safe.

Unfortunately I was not very pleased with the visual quality of the grilles. The Noctua logo was generally off-center and slightly crooked. For what I'm paying, I had higher expectations.I will give them some credit though, they are a step up from generic wire grilles. The outer wires were generally closer to ideal circles than the competition, and the joins in the wires were smooth and free of burrs. The paint finish was also more consistent. They're not completely perfect on any of those marks, but the main thing you're looking for is the style and the crooked logos just ruin the look, especially when multiple are next to each other and the logos are off in different directions.In terms of performance, to my amazement they reduced the noise of my case exhaust fan compared to not having any grille, and the effect on performance/temperature was not measurable. Running the grille-free fan at an RPM low enough to match noise would run my CPU a few degrees warmer, so on that note these are a winner and salvage a 3 star rating. They seem to just help diffuse the airflow to spread the noise around, it might not show up on a dBa meter but depending on where you're sitting relative to the fan it's really useful.

Great fan guards just felt very let down I got a clearly opened and used pack.Two of the five guards were damaged or showed signs of prior use as well as two of the sets of screws were both loose in the box and clearly previously used. Also all the fan clips were loose in the box.Thankfully I only needed four of the grills but even so this should have been flagged as a returned used item not sold as new.

Ojo, que para el NH-D15 se necesita esta rejilla incluso para el ventilador de 140mm .Los agujeros de montaje son de 120, aunque el ventilador sea de 140.Me he comprado varias rejillas de dimensiones diferentes. Todas Noctua.Todas llegaron perfectamente empaquetadas en sus cajas de cartón duro, en sobres protectores individuales, con plástico protector para el logo Noctua. Mejor imposible.Luego los accesorios anti-vibración, separados por tipo en bolsitas de plástico. Otros te los tiran en la caja.No se puede pedir mejor trato. Volveré a comprar cualquier producto Noctua. Tengo el NH-D15, tengo ventiladores, rejillas....nunca me han defraudado.

With limited space to route and mount cables, these are a lifesaver. I actually only needed 3 but ended up using the additional hardware to mount my fans. I wish Noctua sold them separately.
