The scroll will come flat and with instructions for rolling it up and inserting in your mezuzah, along with the blessing. Note: The size indicated is for the scroll height. Order a size smaller than your mezuzah opening so it can fit.

I didn’t care about these being kosher, and received a mezuzah case as a gift a few years ago. Had never hung it bc I didn’t have a scroll. With my level of observance this was perfect to finally get it hung.
