Very nice baking pan. I baked some biscuits, and they came out easily without sticking to the pan. Having said that, there was still a very small amount left over from the biscuits on the bottom of the pan that was not easy to remove. So I put some soapy water in the pan after it had cooled down and let the water soak in the pan for a few minutes. Then the remains came off. I made sure to hand wash it as the instructions said. The pan has a very nice weight to it. Also, it looks very attractive. I look forward to using it again.

I really do. I’ve used it many times and have no complaints. Food does not stick and it is easy to clean. Great quality.

This pan is far from nonstick and impossible to clean. From first use (baked skinless chicken breast seasoned with salt/pepper/garlic powder) this pan has been discolored. Cleaning shortly after use, soaking, nothing works. On our last use we found the pan looks burned from the inner core outward (matching burns on the inside “ceramic†and the exterior coating. Do not waste your $.

I bought this specifically for bread rolls and I love it. The pan is perfect size for one batch of big rolls. It cooks even and never sticks. I'll be buying more for each of my girls.

The finish is smooth and even burnt sugar comes out easily with a quick soaking.

I needed a basic 9x13 pan to fit my smaller counter top oven. This one is great. Cooks well and easy to clean.
