I decided it was time to get better quality cookware. I love the color of the raw aluminum and it helps me keep track of how clean the pans are. Having a uniform and clean surface is important for consistency in the finished cook. The aluminum is very sturdy and works extremely well. The aluminum is perfect for my cooking style which allows for a little longer cook time at a lower, consistent heat. The only thing to be aware and cautious of is how easy they can scratch each other if slid into a stack. I just gently stack them rather than forcing metal to slide on metal. I find that the aluminum does an excellent job to create an easy surface to remove food from. The pans are thick enough to hold a consistent heat, which is extremely high quality for the money.

More than I expected. It’s super wide and long and better than I expected. Cleans nicely in the dishwasher.

Height side walls are two inches I . Like that most pans are only 1 inch. Good quality,

I tried this out twice with two different batches of yeast rolls and both times the rolls against the wall puffed up and cooked more than the inner rolls. If the inner rolls get cooked enough then the outer rolls burn. Not sure what's going on. Used in two different ovens at the same temperature. One convection, one non-convection. Exact same result. Not sure what is going on yet but it is the thinnest sheet pan material that I've ever baked these yeast rolls with. Maybe it isn't spreading heat well enough and a thicker gauge of material would work better. Anyway, I could guess all day long but suffice to say I won't be using it again for that recipe. That being said, I think it will work great for many other bread recipes that don't depend on the dough being pressed up against the wall and that rise high (ciabatta, french rolls, brown bread rolls, cinnamon rolls, etc). So I'm not going to knock it too much, just disappointed that it didn't work well for my intended use.Quality seems good and it fits my half sheet pan lids perfectly. I'd like to see a thicker gauge version of this but otherwise, no complaints about build quality.

Nordic ware makes very durable cookware. This pan is no exception. Simple design, easy to clean, sturdy . I can see that it will last me a long time.

I bought this pan to roast coffee beans in. My beans are now roasting consistently compared to the old steel pan I was using. Also, my roasting time has decreased from 12 minutes to 8 minutes with more uniformity between beans. The uniformity is what I was trying solve and this pan did the trick. I was a little concerned that the pan wouldn't hold up to the temperatures needed for roasting coffee (460 degrees) but that hasn't been a problem. No warping of the pan whatsoever. I'm very happy with this pan even though I thought the price was a little steep.

Great for roasting vegetables, and easier to clean than a Teflon-type finish which can come off if scrubbed. You can use any implement on this without worrying about the finish. My second Nordic Ware pan and love it.

Not as sturdy as I expected but it works ok for lighter contents.
