I have been using Nordic Ware for well over 50 years, and always love it. When I got married in the 1970s I had 2 non stick cookie sheets from Nordic Ware that my folks had put in my hope chest in the 60s ( Dad called it my hopeless chest😂) Those cookie sheets are still used by me at least once a week. They have held tons of treats and bread buns by now. Yes the finish is scratched up on the 50 year old ones, but they are still functional. I recently treated myself to lots of new Nordic Ware bakeware including cookie sheets with the latest in non stick. And I still love every piece I buy. If you treat them like you should by no dishwasher, no hard scrubbing they will probably last you all your baking years. I'm now in my 70s. Made here in the US by a company that produces high quality stuff! Thanks neighbors on the west side of the river!

Nordic Ware baking pans are good quality, I have several of them. I made some ribs with bbq sauce and it was a breeze to clean up these nonstick pans. I just soaked the pan in warm water for five minutes and the burnt bbq sauce washed off with a sponge, didn’t need to do any real scrubbing.

These are the best we have found so far. They clean up more easily, are obviously sturdy, and--in retrospect--are worth the extra money. We got them with a %-off coupon, and that led us to make the purchase.

I have other non stick gold Nordic cookie sheets and these are not coated on the bottom side causing them to not slide in over easily, but they do the job.

I've gone through oh, so many cookie sheets. I wanted something non warping (hard to find), AND nonstick. I also love that they can be washed in the dishwasher! Its very easy to wash them by hand and so more often than not I do that, but I am so happy to have finally found cookie sheets that do ALL THREE THINGS!

These are the best pans ever. We use them multiple times a week. Big enough for lots offood but still fits in reg size oven. Easy to clean. High quality!

It arrived with scratches. Both items were scratched on edges. Return was easy. Replace received. One in good shape. The other one with scratches again, but not as bad as first (returned) shipment.It produces best baking results.
