Bought this from a different retailer but wanted to write a review. This model (5120) works better than any other cherry pitter I've used. I paid a few bucks more for the same item. You will be happy with this item. One problem you will have to contend with is when the plunger goes into the cherry it may splatter juice on you and your work area. Another problem was the little tray to hold the pits works loose. And the little black knob worked loose. Not serious problems and I still recommend this item.
