Worked well. I own several sets to keep frying my shells in an assembly line. These get hot so I like to have enough tubes so by the time I'm pulling my last ones out of the oil the first ones are cool enough to touch. Would totally buy again.

We had an Italian family reunion to attend. I'm not a spouse just a mear girlfriend that's been around 10 years. Italian & non Italian will definitely understand.I was asked, due to my extensive background in baking, to "fix" my father-in-law's cannolis. Now mind you I can go off taste & tell right from wrong in just about any recipe. So I fixed his batch for St. Joseph's Day however I took the job & definitely didn't miss the assignment.Forward to reunion (approx 4mths) I made from scratch cannoli shells & cannoli filling. Happy to say the cannolis stole the show that day!! I had several old uncles tell me they hadn't tasted cannollis like that since their mother's. I have been dubbed to do cannolis from here on out, or at least until I teach one of the younger generation.

The forms worked perfectly. I dropped one or two, but that is hardly the fault of the forms. The join is nice and clean so you don't have a ridge like some other forms.

I've made Pumkin Cannolis for Thanksgiving, Chocolate Cannolis for Christmas, and My Family, Extended Fsmily and Friends have All ♡LOVED♡ Then!! They are SO EASY to Use!!!! And they include a recipe or two with them!! That is SO ☆AWESOME, TOO☆!!:-)

These are awful. There was a thin “thread†of metal hanging off the edge and the edges are extremely sharp. I found other better quality forms in which the edges are finished and smooth. Would be pretty awful to end up with metal in your cannoli (or anything you ingest). Missed the return window and didn’t open the box until a few days ago. I just didn’t want someone else to end up in a similar position.
