I bought this 3-piece handle to attach to a scraper for cleaning dried messes on my floor. I'm not physically able to get on the floor to clean it. This handle was very affordable and it's 3 parts allow for use in 3 different lengths. The wood is very lightweight and slightly flexible. Combined with the two screw together connections, this handle would not hold up to heavy use. It feels like it might break if I apply too much pressure while using it. So far, it's holding up to the job I need it for, but if it breaks, I'm replacing it with the solid oak broom handle I had first considered buying.

On its 3rd use, threads connecting the pieces got loose and broke making it unusable.

Put together they are unstable, but they do the job. Be aware the wood is extremely soft, not the hard pinewoods our poles are made of.

The extensions won’t stay together. I had to constantly keep tightening them up
