NorthShore's Booster Pad diaper doublers are designed to extend the life of diapers by adding absorbency which is especially useful at night. These soft, contoured hourglass shaped flow-through pads feature our Microsorb lining that is designed to fill to capacity and then pass additional fluid into the diaper or pull-on. Large absorbent wings in front and back add extra protection where it is needed most, even for bowel incontinence. Softer and slimmer than most other booster pads yet features advanced absorbency and odor protection. Economically extend the use of any diaper while keeping skin drier, free from rashes and reducing linen changes. Contains super-absorbent polymers that lock away wetness into odor-free gel.

Flow-Through Design

Very thick I could carry a baseball in between my thighs,I will get a smaller size next time.otherwise great absorbtion will save on diaper changes,its an all day booster. These are great for around the house out in public it really shows camel toe diaper like nothing I have ever seen before. Doesnt bother me as long as,it keeps my body dry I rather have a large bulge in between my legs than wet pants thats much more embarrassing. Edited my review added pictures so you can see the size of these things.You are basically wearing another diaper but if it leaks it flow through to the 1st diaper.eazy to change.Great product

I love the fit for my spouse and they work great in other brands of diapers for absorbent as I do not need to use them in northshore diapers.

i've tried lots of inserts, but the 2XL is by far the best for absorbency and fit. it fits perfectly with thicker, larger diapers with lots of space to fill. only complaint is that the liner fabric is kinda weak and is more prone to disintegrating than others ive tried. not a big issue as i just use a different liner on top

NorthShore does nothing half-baked! If you are looking for premium quality diaper doublers, then these are some of the best ever. These doublers (they call them booster pads but I found that they are really more like doublers) provide an excellent amount of additional absorbancy AND comfort. You will notice the same soft "cloud-like" texture in these doublers as in their famous Air Supreme briefs. The only possible complaint I could imagine are that these are heavy duty and may be too large for some of the diaper brands out there.

i was not able to figure out how to use this product. When i used it with my underware; i got the suprise of my life. when the urnie hit the pad, it went straight down to my clothing, and created a big mess. When i tried to use it inside of a diaper, that was worse. it caused me a lot of pain, by bunching up in my diaper. When i was able to stand and take it off, i ended up with a puddle of urie on the carpet by my bed. I hate to say but thise is/was a waste of my money. Thank you for nothing.

Super soft, (as all northshore products are). They hold a great deal and add so much capacity, that I can watch a movie, or attend an event... sleep in hotel bed without worry!!!!! Partnered with a quality diaper, these are wonderful. They will add considerable thickness between your legs, so be aware if you add them.... you will waddle a bit. LOL
