I've been looking for something like this for a long time. It is a great product. I ordered the small size and it definitely keeps water from getting into my sinus. It does stretch my nose a bit and makes it look kinda weird. Not sure if I should have gotten the extra small but this works and it's not uncomfortable, I think I just need to get used to it also.Has definitely made swimming more fun. 100% recommend.

Pros, they work. Are excellent actually.CONS: the sizing guide is a MESS!!! I followed instructions and shoved a bunch of q-tips in my nose, but the guide was so vague I got the small & medium. I tried the small first using the logic that if they fit, I don’t have to open the medium and can return them. Turns out, the small is TOO BIG! I was able to return the unopened medium nose plug but now I am stuck w/a plug that is still too big and they are a bit pricey. Too expensive for me double down and invest again to get the extra small.This is just terrible marketing which is a shame because it is an excellent product. Company just needs to sort out their sizing guide & provide better directions on measuring for an accurate fit.

First, let me be clear that I didn't purchase this product for water use. I actually purchased it to attempt to ease my Excercise Induced Rhinitis. By blocking the airflow through my nose, I've found that I can minimize my symptoms. As ridiculous as this sounds, now, instead of walking around with cotton balls sticking out of my nose after a run, I use the Sinus Saver and it's not only more effective, but it's also less obvious to others that I have anything in my nose.Sizing was a little tricky. I did the Qtip test as suggested, and it indicated I required a Small. The small was just a tad too small and didn't always maintain a complete seal. I then ordered the medium and it definitely makes a complete seal.I'm so grateful for this product!

I ordered the small and it fits nicely and I was not able to breath through my nose.However, when I started swimming freestyle the water starts to seep into my nasal cavities. And as it fills up the nasal cavities,I can't exhale the water out of my nose unless i exhale so forcefully that the plugs pops out! I felt like drowning!!This is not good for someone who swim laps!

I spend a lot of time on the lake, trying out new kneeboarding and wakeboarding tricks, so I'm face-planting a lot more than I'd like. The most unpleasant part is inhaling gross lake water.I've tried various plugs and these are my favorite my far, not only because they're almost invisible but because they're quite comfortable. Every once in a while I forget to wear them and as soon as I jump in the water, I'm asking for them.The only downside is they don't float, so consider getting more than one as a backup if you come to rely on them.A little pricey, but very much worth it!

I've used the pinch-style noseplugs for years and they never worked all that well. I looked up what people who do mermaid stuff do and found these, decided to try them. They work PERFECTLY! They look a little silly when they're in - they do push your nostrils out and it looks like you have a septum piercing when you're out of the water but it's almost impossible to see once you're underwater. The sides are thin enough that I can exhale without blowing the plugs out of my nose but can't inhale at all. No water gets in. They're perfect for how I use them. I mostly use them in the pool and lakes just for swimming/floating and some light free diving.
