This is a quality piece of hardware; very substantial brass with nicely beveled edges and comes with the matching screws. I got the bronze finish which is an authentic looking color with a matte finish. If you are looking for a smaller sized push plate, this is a great choice.

I ordered the oiled-bronze and the finish is solid black. I had no trouble exchanging it for another in hopes that it was a color mix up. The second one is also black. Have had no trouble exchanging/returning.
