These things are big, which in my mind is a good thing. They snap on securely, and when you pop them off to climb, it would be pretty hard to lose them due to color and size, unlike other gaff guards I’ve had in the past. Highly recommend.

These gaff guards are the best ones I've found. They're very durable. They're larger than most other gaff guards so the size and bright color make them easier to keep track of. I highly recommend them.

They are very good molded plastic and thick material, but difficult to put on and as a result it is probable you will jab yourself with your own gaff eventually. You have to slide them within a 16th of an inch while holding the tabs designed for the shank over the end of the gaff Making a probable that you could slip
