The product has been opened and used previously for starters. It has defective output ports and doesn't scale properly whe. Accessed by the software and the seller somehow deducts when you return the item, even though it's defective and there's no other option to select a different device. This seller is a complete rip off artist and their refund says it can take up to 30 days. I don't suggest anyone use this seller.
