Overall, I am happy with the item. The only negative was I had difficulty lining up the holes for the five attaching bolts. I would get four of them lined up and the fifth was problematic just being slightly off. After experimenting with which ones to attach first I got the last bolt started with some strain. I don't know if the cables were slightly off or what the problem might have been, but I got it installed and it is working just fine.

My husband had little trouble installing this part into the right front passenger side window which has not opened in at least 3 years. My husband did view a video on YouTube that made installation easier

What should've been a fairly straight-forward replacement of the window regulator turned into an annoying headache. B E W A R E of the reversed polarity possibility which will cause your window up/down buttons to work in reverse, meaning when you push the button to make the window go down, it will go up and vice versa. Major hassle encountering this. The standard fix for this issue did not work in this case because of the way the casing was designed, so I ended up having to cut the 2 wires going to the plug and switch them. Not only was this time-consuming to troubleshoot and figure out, but the 'fix' compromised the part itself which is very unsatisfying. I didn't want to return the part in fear I would get the same issue, plus, I needed to get this fixed as it was a very pressing repair. So, I feel like ranting and letting everyone know to watch out for this and maybe go with another manufacturer to avoid this reversed polarity situation yourself. The job should've been 1 hour or so, but it ended up being more like 4 hours after all was said and done and I have to deal with a hacked part. NOT PLEASED.
