This tap works great! I use it in my shop to retread fittings that have rusted or been damaged. I haven't used it for a drill and tap new application however I have no doubts this would chew right through leaving a nice clean set of threads. Ive been using it for a few months now and it's just as clean cutting as day 1. Definitely recommend if this is on your list of tools.
