I actually used this unit in a protected outside area to replace an older unit that after more then 10 years the springs finally gave up. 2 wire EASY installation. Works perfect

This only lasted 6 weeks and then it quite working. Of course it was too late to return it so I am out $23. If the supplier responds to this review I will get back to you but othérwise don't buy it.

Been using this for a month. The install was fine and it works as expected. I can manual turn down the time, although it feels like I'm not supposed to.Big gripe is the loud ticking, I installed this for a sauna and the sound sorta disrupts the serenity. Wish there was a quiet version.

This timer switch is SPDT (double throw), so it has a terminal for "Load 2" which is switched on when the timer reaches 0. I'm using this to start charging my 12v batteries after 1 hour, so I can go to bed at 11pm and start charging at 12pm when electricity is much cheaper. I can charge at 20 amps with this switch. (Note that I'm not installing this in a wall and am not using it for 120v.)

I like it fine. It's the third or fourth time I've tried a switch in that spot. Single pole. Mechanical. 1950 house.This one is a good one. Wish I'd bought it at the start.Could use a better knob, but no complaints.

Works well, and was easy to installUpdate: just under a year after install, it stopped working. When turned on the appliance works, but the timer is stuck in one position.

Muy útil para controlar mi boiler eléctrico que es a 220 volts. En combinación con un contactor genérico hacen una buena pareja y ya no me preocupo por si olvidé apagar el boiler al salir de casa.

works perfectly. it was a little stiff at first so i suggest before installing it crank it to 60 a dozen times to loosen it up. We noticed that at first it did not have enough power to kick the switch to the off position. we set it normally off, on when timed.
